These terms explain your rights and responsibilities when using Messora.

Plain-language policies for web and the Messora app (Capacitor). Same rules apply wherever you sign in.

Agreement

By accessing or using Messora, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service

Messora provides tools to discover mess services, view menus, and related features. We may change features, suspend access for maintenance, or discontinue parts of the service with reasonable notice where practicable.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and comply with applicable laws.

Subscriptions & pricing

New users may receive a limited free introductory period as described in the app. After that, continued access may require a paid subscription. Current pricing is shown at checkout (currently ₹10 per month unless we notify you otherwise). Taxes may apply as required by law. Payments are processed by Razorpay; their terms also apply to the payment step.

Acceptable use

  • Do not attempt unauthorized access, scraping, or disruption of service.
  • Do not use Messora for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity.
  • Accounts violating these terms may be restricted or terminated.

Disclaimer

Messora is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Third-party mess operators are independent; your visits and meals are between you and them.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Messora is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (if any).
