Refund & cancellation policy

Overview
Messora subscriptions are digital access to our app features. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for monthly subscription payments.
Cancellation
You can stop renewing at any time by not purchasing another period after your current period ends. We do not automatically charge recurring payments unless you complete a new payment each cycle through our checkout flow (or your payment provider’s terms, if that changes in the future).
Refunds
Because access is delivered immediately after a successful payment, fees are generally non-refundable once the payment has been captured and your subscription period has been activated. If you believe you were charged in error (duplicate charge, technical failure, or you did not receive access), contact us promptly with your payment reference; we will investigate in good faith.
Chargebacks and payment disputes should be a last resort after contacting support, so we can resolve the issue and avoid unnecessary fees.
Failed or reversed payments
If a payment is reversed or fails after we have granted access, we may adjust your subscription status to match what was actually received, in line with our records and Razorpay’s settlement data.
